- re-construction works finished (was very loud beginning this year)

- a bit noisy due to the location at the main road - rooms are not very soundproof - compared to Feb. 2016 the quality of the breakfast decreased

Beds were very comfortable. I was very pleased that my request to have CONNECTING rooms was honored :). That made me very happy and made my stay a very pleasant one. Thank you for that!!!!!!! :) :) :). Breakfast was excellent and the waitress service and attitude was very courteous and pleasant. She spoke English too :).

I wish the rooms were a little more bigger and that the restroom door was not glass...because every time I closed it.. sounded like a loud pop, like it was going to break and it wakes up the others in the middle of the night.

Good, consistent, and reliable stay in Irepuato. Good value for the money.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times. It is a nice hotel in Irepuato that has small but clean rooms, nice showers, and very good buffet breakfast. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the staff were very helpful and polite. We will continue to stay here on our way into a small rural community where we are involved in humanitarian work.

Our air conditioner provided more noise than cooling, but it was tolerable. Other than this minor inconvenience we had a very good stay.

Nothing, very disappointed with the hotel

The rooms had a smell like they weren’t properly ventilated, my room didn’t have a lock and someone opened my door when I was sleeping, the linens were dirty.... just don’t stay there

basically happy and I will return. !! just a light by the bed to help !!

copy your reservation with booking..!! I did not, and the reception was going to charge me the total fee for two nights, for one night!! I had the Booking.com reservation number, and insisted I did not owe 82.24$ a night!!! She did check, and then gave me the proper price. I was happy.

The light switch was in the front hall..in the night I could not see to get there. And, there was no light by the bed to read, or help me find the bathroom.
